About the job
ODK is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll drive retention and increase adoption of ODK by deeply understanding and responding to the needs of our customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure customers achieve their goals with ODK
- Be a visible champion of ODK's software and community
- Help increase recurring revenue while minimizing churn
Some of the activities you'll lead include:
- Develop and run outreach strategies to engage ideal customers
- Onboard and support new customers for success
- Engage regularly with customers to resolve issues and demo new features
- Collaborate with design and engineering to address customer needs
- Identify new markets that align with our mission and roadmap
Must haves
- 5+ years in customer success or related fields (e.g., business development, software sales, product marketing, account management)
- Experience working at a small and agile technology company
- Experience working with customers of a software-as-a-service platform
- Excellent listening, speaking, and writing skills
- Naturally curious, persistent, and self-directed
Nice to haves
- Experience with data collection, mobile forms, or survey software
- Experience with non-profits and research organizations
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python)
- Experience taking on challenges that go beyond defined role
- Based in US-friendly time zones
